I ship with USPS. Most items arrive within 3-5 business days.
That being said, once I drop to the post office it is,literally, out of my hands. According to USPS, mail can take anywhere from 3-10 business days under normal circumstances. These are not normal circumstances, USPS is taking much longer to arrive, and mail is not necessarily being scanned in right away.
I can only see the same tracking information you do.
If for some reason your package is returned to me, you will be the first to know ASAP.
If you need overnight shipping, please message me first to be sure I can complete your request in a timely manner.

If you request another source such as UPS or Fedex shipping is no longer $3.95/Free Your shipping will be the amount UPS/Fedex charges me to ship to you. Your item will not be shipped until THIS shipping has been paid.

Some items may be able to be adjusted. I can add a 2 or 3 inch inch extension to any necklace. Please see my page to purchase the extension for $2.50/$3.00. Please also leave me a note if you want me to add the extension. If there is no note it will come packaged separate.

I ordered two of these necklaces in rose gold for the young daughters of a girlfriend who recently passed away from breast cancer. Their mom had a "tribe" tattoo on her wrist, and I thought it would be nice for them to wear a piece of her close to their heart, and also to remind them that we're all part of her enduring tribe and I will always be there for them.
